When you contact us
Information you send by email or during a meeting is used to handle your request and, where applicable, to prepare and deliver a service. Please only share information necessary for your project.
Exchanges required for a quote are based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request; exchanges relating to a service are based on the contract. Documents subject to a legal retention obligation are kept for the applicable period. Other correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and manage the relationship.
Audience measurement, only with your consent
The website offers Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and clicks on contact links. No Google Analytics script is loaded and no event is sent to it until you accept. Declining leaves the website fully usable.
If you consent, Google may receive technical and browsing information: page address, referrer, browser characteristics and navigation events. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website’s code. No content from your emails or meetings is transmitted through this tracking.
Your choice and cookies
Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage for six months. Analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of six months. You can reopen preferences from the footer at any time and decline. The website then disables collection and removes Analytics cookies accessible on its domain. Withdrawing consent does not retroactively delete data already transmitted.
Providers and external services
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical logs needed for its operation and security. Google processes audience data only if you consent. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their policies describe processing locations and applicable safeguards.
The booking link opens Calendly. This service is not embedded in the page and receives no requests from our website until you navigate to it. Project websites and LinkedIn also apply their own policies.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@mad-makers.fr to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
